The ecstasy of flattery

 Flattery is not a new word in the vocabulary, but a diseased condition that has been going on since ancient times, in which a person's entire consciousness depends on only one thing, how to remain attached to the character, character means the master for whom flattery is being done.

As time has changed, its meaning has also changed, at one time flattery was done for a certain selfish motive but in today's time it has become of some other importance, now apart from selfishness, causing harm has become more important.

Earlier flattery was done only to gain the trust of the master by adding the taste of flattery in words, now it is in such a state that even if someone loses everything, it does not matter to the flatterers and this work is done with full heart and mind. In today's time your knowledge or quality has no importance, yes, if you have the quality of flattery, then you do not need any other quality.

Today some big political and private organizations and institutions are working to save their existence, they are analyzing in every way what has happened in the organization due to which they are not able to leave their mark. They have done all the analysis but even after knowing the real reason, they are trying to cover it up. The real reason is not giving importance to quality and giving priority to incompetence and sycophancy.

This practice is not at one place but everywhere and due to this practice, knowledge and quality are exploited, whether it is a private institution or a government, everywhere quality is exploited by the practice of sycophancy, although this is a problem, but it will be more correct to call it a practice rather than a problem because problems can be solved but not sycophancy.

For example, the prince also lacks standard knowledge and he talks about building with reed wood. When his guards prove his such talks to be true, then he reaches the extreme limit of sycophancy. You must have understood where this example is from.

This is also a period where there is some special kind of sycophancy, but it is also true that this is not a new thing and will never become old. With time its form will definitely change but it is an immortal practice that will never end. Which simply means that more profit in less work.

A whole book can be written on this subject but it is right to understand it in creative facts. It is certain that whatever evil may be, its end is also certain. The period of sycophants will always be there but they also have a time limit. Then as soon as one sycophant ends, another one comes.

At the end of this, there is only one thing, that efforts should be made that everyone should have the courage to call right as right and wrong as wrong. Work done with wrong intentions never bears fruit.
